Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

The Chief Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Officer establishes the legal and regulatory framework within which Winixx Health operates. This leader works across healthcare, technology, privacy, clinical, research, government, contracting, and corporate matters to ensure the system can scale responsibly.

• Establish the legal and regulatory strategy for Winixx Health
• Advise executive leadership on healthcare regulatory requirements
• Oversee healthcare, privacy, technology, research, contracting, employment, and government-law matters
• Develop compliance frameworks and internal controls
• Support regulatory strategy for devices, diagnostics, clinical programs, and technology where applicable
• Establish legal frameworks for provider, hospital, laboratory, pharmacy, EMS, government, and research relationships
• Advise Government & Public Affairs on lobbying and government‑relations compliance
• Establish risk‑management and compliance monitoring systems
• Review major product and program initiatives for legal and regulatory implications
• Coordinate external legal counsel where specialized expertise is required
• Build an internal legal organization capable of supporting national‑scale healthcare infrastructure

• Required:
  
  Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent qualifying law degree
• Eligible for admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory and organizational questions
• Strong judgment, writing, negotiation, and risk‑management skills
• Ability to work across healthcare, technology, government, privacy, research, and corporate environments
• Healthcare regulatory, privacy, FDA, government‑contracting, or technology‑law experience is valuable
• Prior chief legal officer experience is not required
