The Premises Liability Team is seeking a Discovery Litigation Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience. This role offers the chance to thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment while benefiting from industry recognition and top-tier mentorship.
Responsibilities- Analyze case facts and assist with litigation and discovery strategies.
- Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery and subpoenas.
- Assist with depositions, EUOs, and other discovery proceedings.
- Prepare discovery memoranda, meet-and-confer correspondence, and related filings.
- Review pleadings and legal documents.
- Develop cost-effective strategies for favorable case resolution.
- J.D. degree and active California State Bar license.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience, including written discovery, discovery disputes, and document review.
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Locations (California):
Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, and San Diego.
Annual salary range with benefits: $125,000 - $175,000.
