• Opportunity for written advocacy by drafting letters, pleadings, motions, filings, communications with clients, opposing counsel, court, mediators, experts, and others.
• Opportunity for oral advocacy in court, mediation, administrative proceedings, and with clients, opposing counsel, court, mediators, experts, and others.
• Legal research assignments.
• Opportunity to participate in case strategy with partners and other team members.
• Develop competency in employment law.

• Enthusiasm for learning the practice of employment law.
• Efficient execution of case and non-case related assignments.
• Accurate, organized, and comprehensive legal and factual research product.
• Interest in being familiar with all case materials for assigned matters.
• Strategic, well-reasoned work product.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, keep track of deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Westlaw.

Education: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Licensure: License to practice law in Massachusetts.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience practicing civil litigation. Course work and/or internships may substitute for experience.
