As a Litigation Associate, you’ll handle a diverse caseload from inception through trial, working directly with partners who invest time in development and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.
• Appear for court conferences, depositions, and mediations.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (defense or commercial).
• Admitted to the New York Bar; additional admissions a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
