The work
You will bring real-world emergency communications experience to AI training. The work focuses on realistic ambulance dispatch scenarios, protocol-based decisions, accurate records, and practical feedback on simulation quality.
- Receive and triage emergency requests through radio, phone, and chat channels.
- Use standard protocols and checklists to assess urgency and support resource allocation.
- Prioritize concurrent requests and send clear dispatch instructions to appropriate responders.
- Document incoming communications and dispatch decisions accurately.
- Manage several inbound and outbound communication streams while maintaining attention to detail.
- Help improve data quality standards, protocol effectiveness, and the realism of emergency communications simulations.
This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity for people with professional ambulance or emergency dispatch experience. Formal certification is not required, but practical dispatch knowledge is important.
- Pay: $30 to $55 per hour.
- Expected commitment: 10 to 15 or more hours per week, with the listed requirement under 20 hours per week.

- Dispatcher or coordinator experience is highly valued.
- Experience with operational checklists, real-time resource coordination, and emergency communication records is helpful.
