Breakdown Specialist; Cox Automotive Fleet Clients Solutions Delivery

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles
• Assess and assign all open events related to vehicle breakdowns
• Verify proper authorization for dispatching service events
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and communicate estimated times of arrival to customers
• Address customer inquiries and any issues that arise during service events

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdowns or maintenance of medium to heavy-duty vehicles)
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking capabilities
• Alternative qualifications may include any level degree/certification beyond a High School diploma/GED or 5 years of relevant experience
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings and weekends

• Degree in a related discipline or additional industry experience
