How You Create ImpactThe Air Logistics Supplier Invoice & CASS Specialist is responsible for the validation, acknowledgment, and processing of supplier (airline and vendor) invoices, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely payment execution. You will also support and may perform activities related to the CASS process, including the validation of airline billings and identification of discrepancies. The position contributes to maintaining accurate cost records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Review, validate, and process supplier invoices and credit notes according to established SOPs and guidelines
- Perform invoice acknowledgment and support the 4-eye principle validation process to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze shipment and billing information to identify discrepancies in rates, weights, routes, or charges
- Raise and follow up on invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inconsistencies
- Support CASS-related activities, including airline invoice validation and basic reconciliation of billing information
- Ensure timely processing of invoices to support on-time payment execution and avoid operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate records, system updates, and documentation in compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams (OCC, Air Logistics, Finance) and escalate issues when required
- High school diploma.
- Experience in freight forwarding or billing is required.
- Intermediate English proficiency – both written and oral.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

The schedule we offer may vary in accordance to shifts availability as there are several vacancies for the same role. There is also WFH policy and the first months training should be worked on site.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
