They ensure effective lifecycle management of systems and equipment by developing logistics policies, coordinating supply chain activities, and maintaining readiness across all supported platforms. • The Logistician III provides senior logistics support for a U.S. Navy customer, leading sustainment planning and lifecycle coordination.
• Integrate logistics processes across operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments.
• Develop logistics support policies, procedures, and systems.
• Provide implementation guidance and enforce logistics standards.
• Lead logistics documentation and planning activities.
• Ensure workforce training and readiness.
• Manage logistics actions associated with lifecycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Support supply chain coordination, maintenance planning, and sustainment activities.
