The primary goal of this role is to provide objective level of customer service. Manage and support Distribution Center (DC) operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and rework activities, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with operational timelines
This Role will also cater to requirements from management for specialized reporting and analytics for senior management.
What you will do- Manage inventory accuracy in all the DCs (Distribution Centres) & CMs (Contract Manufacturing sites).
- Manage & coordinate Global returns of materials to DCs.
- Run & schedule reports in the system (Oracle Fusion).
- Reconcile & prepare cycle counts variance reports - Excel.
- Assist in root cause analysis for inventory variance.
- Coordinate with DCs & CMs to perform the cycle counts on the scheduled dates & follow up for the reports.
- Work with IT team to fix the systematic errors.
- Work with DCs & CMs to ensure timely Receipts of Goods.
- Ensure data integrity for all thedata, parameters &reports.
- Assist in driving continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate & work with IT to develop new reports related to the Job.
- Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
- BE, MBA - TIER 1 or 2 Institute (Specialization in Supply chain or Operations) .
- 1+yearsof experience in Supply chain management / Logistics / Inventory management.
- Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel).
- Strong knowledge on Oracle or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams.
- Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good learner, proactive and team player.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete task effectively.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,600 per year and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
