- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of goods received.
- Process goods receipts and inventory transactions in SAP.
- Investigate and report receiving discrepancies or damaged materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
- Process goods receipts and inventory transactions in SAP.
- Prepare customer shipments according to shipping instructions and delivery schedules.
- Investigate and report receiving discrepancies or damaged materials.
- Generate shipping documentation, labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providers.
- Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
- Prepare customer shipments according to shipping instructions and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and provide status updates as needed.
- Assist with scheduled cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Support corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
- Generate and analyze inventory, receiving, and shipment reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track key logistics metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cycle count processes.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping documentation.
Cubic Pay Range: $32.00 - $37.00 + benefits.
