In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support strategic supply chain projects that impact key performance measures across the organization by assisting with research, analysis, and project execution.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, evaluate processes, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to supply chain requirements, procedures, standards, and processes to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
- Provide support to manufacturing sites and business teams as they evaluate and adopt company-standard supply chain tools and processes.
- Participate in business system testing and validation activities to ensure supply chain systems function effectively and meet business requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives by utilizing supply chain tools and business processes that support an integrated supply chain strategy.
- Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
- You utilize analytical tools to evaluate data and identify opportunities for improvement. You take the time to understand challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and approach learning with curiosity and initiative. You balance planning with execution and can communicate insights and recommendations effectively. You enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to contribute in a fast-pace environment.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person at our Shakopee, MN location
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Prior internship, project, or leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related business discipline

The hourly pay for this role is $20.50-$24, commensurate with the year in school and experience each candidate brings to a role.
