Work in a fast-paced logistics environment supporting global camera shipment operations for mapping-related programs. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, entering and maintaining shipping information, and helping ensure camera equipment reaches the correct destination on time. The Senior Logistics Consultant will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams in the US to support daily operations, shipment accuracy, and process execution.
As a Senior Consultant, Managed Services (Senior Logistics Consultant) on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
Enter shipping, inventory, and tracking information into required systemsCoordinate domestic and international camera shipments to support business operations
Monitor shipment status and help resolve routing, timing, or delivery issuesPartner with warehouse personnel to confirm shipment accuracy and equipment readiness
Maintain documentation and process records to support operational tracking and reporting
Lead and mentor more junior level analysts/consultantsA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills

The Team
Enterprise Performance helps organizations improve operations, execution, and business outcomes by aligning strategy to day-to-day delivery. Teams in this practice support large-scale business processes, operational improvement efforts, and program execution across functions. For this role, the team supports logistics and warehouse-based operations tied to global equipment shipment activities.
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, warehouse operations, or inventory management
Experience entering and maintaining shipment, inventory, or tracking data in business systems
Experience coordinating domestic or international shipmentsExperience supporting warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:Experience supporting equipment-based shipping or asset distribution programs
Experience working with shipment documentation, tracking records, or inventory reports

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications;
and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $180,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
