Driver
The Courtesy Driver is under the direct supervision of the Transportation Manager. The Courtesy Driver position is considered a Safety Sensitive Position. The Courtesy Driver is responsible for escorting guest to and from their vehicles, for visitors who request the service and to provide exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
Work Schedule- Requires morning, afternoon, evenings and nights. Monday through Sunday to include meetings, training and special events.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.
- Promotes positive guest relations at all times, greets guests arriving and departing in a friendly, courteous, and positive manner, and also uses prompt personalized service, ensuring guest satisfactions.
- Promotes safety above all other tasks, including maintain vehicles so that they are clean and free of slip and fall hazards and ensuring that customers entering and exiting the vehicle are able to do so safely.
- Will conduct a routine inspection of your vehicle before and after assigned shift, reporting any damage, defects, or operational concerns. If any concerns may impact the operational safety of the vehicle, report immediately to the shift manager.
- Responsible for fueling vehicles appropriately, following established procedures.
- Will participate in Departmental staff meetings and training as required.
- Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to provide guests with accurate, up to date information.
- Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisor and coworkers, including radio contact with management, other courtesy cart drivers, etc.
- Report any suspicious or negligent activity conducted in or around parking area.
- In the event of an accident, follow the accident procedure guideline.
- Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Sit continuously with some standing, and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Must have a good visual and auditory acuity, and be able to drive in adverse weather and be able to move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must be 18 years of age and be able to meet insurance requirements.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma State Driver's License.
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
