Silvus is seeking a
** Shipping Associate-I
** to manage outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and paperwork. This role also involves handling inventory, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely deliveries.

This position reports to the Shipping Manager and is
** fully on-site, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm**. The location for this role is at Silvus Technologies’ Warehouse in the heart of vibrant
** Culver City**.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders.
* Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs.
* Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows.
* Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.
* Perform other related duties as necessary REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience using systems and software like Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.
* Experience with shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations.
* Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
* ** Must have a current, valid driver’s license and possess a clean driving record without traffic violations.**
