* Job Functions:

*** Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review and understand demand forecasts, historical sales trends and demand drivers.
* Review and analyze demand forecasts provided by Business Alliance Management and Authorized Generic partners (where applicable).
* Monitor supply plans through Exception Management to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and adhering to planning parameters.
* Manage resolution and communication of demand/supply imbalances through close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution & Logistics, Marketing and Finance.
* Maintain demand and supply planning systems with a focus on data accuracy.
* Participate in Market/Brand S&OP.
* Ensure continuous improvement and drive changes for assigned products in order to support an evolving corporation
* Lead or participate in projects to improve business processes.
* Provide training, supporting and coaching to Demand Fulfillment Planners in professional knowledge and skills as well as handling of (potential) supply issues.  
** Job Tasks:
*** Execute standard work to manage exceptions/escalations through our planning platform (Kinaxis Rapid Respone) and Supply Chain Escalation Management (SCEM) tool.
* Communicate with Demand Planning (DP) regarding regional Finished Goods (FG) allocations
* Monitor distribution center inventory levels and manage replenishment and post-release activities to ensure product arrives to last internal customer / direct to customer on time and in full (OTIF)
* Expedite deliveries, as necessary, to meet customer demand and escalate any risks to meeting customer demand.
* Facilitate regional Tier 2, 3 or 4 meetings.
* Accountable for Finished Goods Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) Process
* Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Markets
* Monitor Inventory Replenishment Levels (IRL) for Finished Goods
* Manage FG inventory for artwork changes, Last Authorized Shipping Date (LASD), and expiry to minimize discards   
*** This is an entry-level full-time position. Individuals selected will need to be available to start their employment by August*

** Education Minimum Requirement:**
* ** Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following:
Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering / Biotechnology, Material Science, or any related Business or Engineering field, by the time of hire.
