Job Description:

The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM), for Acoustics Systems in Salt Lake City, UT will leverage extensive experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to across complex IAS Programs/Products. In collaboration with functional leaders, the SCPM will institute tailored “right sized” practices and approaches for successful execution across the full product lifecycle, with a strong focus on risk and opportunity management, MRO/production materials management, raw materials, and obsolescence mitigation.

The SCPM will be responsible for program cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations with respect to materials and subcontracts.

In this highly visible role, the SCPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.

Essential Functions:

Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key Products/Programs
Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies and actions to support full Program lifecycle
Ensure timely completion of all material and subcontract program milestones
As the Program’s Material and Subcontracts Cost Account Manager (CAM), be accountable for the material and subcontract program budgets, and drive actions to improve financial performance
Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenged areas and champion continued improvements
Lead others by influence in a matrixed environment
Develop and Manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities
Support compliance with all internal policies and external laws and regulations
Own the Supply Chain portion and be accountable to Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short Term Forecast, EAC and ETC
Work with Supply Chain team to develop and support the strategic supplier relationships
Coordinate and align supplier strategy with Category Management
Develop Supply Chain Recovery and communicate critical issues to stakeholders with solution focused actions
Responsible for all Supply Chain inputs in support of all proposal activities
Coordinate Subcontracts involvement with requirements development
Proven ability to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives
Ability to communicate effectively, to internal executive leadership or line management both written and verbally

Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance

Qualifications:
