• Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS Sheets and departmental standards.
• Must understand and adhere to safe and sanitary work habits; must understand and adhere to the safe handling, usage and storage of all chemicals used during the performance of duties.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machines.
• Clean, transport and store all pots and pans, dinning ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation.

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
