Kentucky – Princeton, Lewiston, Ciaxton, Lamasco, Eddyville, Fredonia, Rockcastle, Crofton
Work OpportunityProperty Preservation/REO Contractors – weekly payment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Experience to perform standard preservation duties/tasks:
- Winterizations
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris removal
- Lock changes
- Initial services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- Prepare/put property in convey condition
- General/Minor household repairs, etc.
- Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation
- Detail oriented when reporting results (reports, photos, bids, etc.)
- Meet client deadlines
- Own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
