Rainbow Restoration of Cinti/NKY is a full service property restoration company serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky residential, business and commercial property owners. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Client Care/Project Management Support position. This is a key support position on our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our customers.

The successful candidate is highly motivated, has a high attention to detail, is a self-starter, has excellent time management skills, is a problem solver, projects a professional image both in person and over the phone, can successfully multi-task, works cooperatively and enthusiastically with others while balancing a variety of job responsibilities.

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Data Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents
• Scheduling of services; interacting with customers
• Assist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completion
• Assist Accounts Receivable as needed
• Processes credit card payments
• Maintains profile screening qualification site requirements including background checks
• Assists with HR duties
• Secure needed documents for jobs and upload into job processing system

• Friendly, helpful personality and attitude with customer service focus
• Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• A willingness to learn other software programs key to our business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Team player who can work both independently and cooperatively

Compensation: $0.16 - $0.32 per hour
