Electromechanical Technician

Our team is looking for a 2nd or 3rd Shift Electromechanical Technician to join our Maintenance Operations team and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues

• Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions
• Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency
• Customer Orientation — developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $55,494 - $83,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
