• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints,and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of thecar wash equipment and facilities.
• Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate supplies of chemicals,cleaning products, and other necessary items.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Mechanically Inclined
• Reliable transportation
• Cleans work area, refills, organize sand maintains a customer friendly environment
• This job is low-key, andhas the ability to have a flexible and adaptive schedule
• This position does NOT washcars, the Car Wash is completely automated
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Maintain the cleanliness ofthe facility including inside, outside, and car wash when needed
• Keep wash chemical solutions supplies
• Always ensure cleanliness of property
• Pressure-wash car wash bay
• Empty vacuum cannisters andunit trash
• Assist guests and handle questions when system kiosk or units have errors
• Other duties as assigned
