Dallas reviews the soffit and fascia scope — profile type, color, vented vs solid soffit locations, gutter sizing. You know the full scope before you make a single cut.

Remove Old Material
Remove existing soffit, fascia, and gutters. Inspect the sub-fascia and rafter tails. Any rot gets replaced before new material goes on.
8:30 AM
Install aluminum fascia board over the sub-fascia. Tight to the rafter tails, level, clean joints at inside and outside corners. This sets the reveal for everything else.

J-Channel and Soffit
Install J-channel at the wall, then cut and install soffit panels. Vented soffit at the correct locations for proper attic ventilation. Consistent reveal, tight joints, no oil‑canning.

Seamless Gutters
Seamless aluminum gutters formed on the truck to exact length. Proper slope for drainage, sealed end caps, downspout placement. Gutters that actually drain — not just look good.

Touch‑Up and Inspect
Caulk all penetrations and joints. Dallas inspects the full roofline — every section level, every corner clean, every joint sealed. Final walkthrough with the homeowner.

Sheet Metal or Soffit ExperiencePrevious soffit, fascia, or sheet metal installation experience strongly preferred.
Eye for LevelSoffit that isn't level is immediately visible. You need a strong eye for plumb and level.
Clean Work StyleAluminum installation shows every mistake. You need to work cleanly and carefully.
Gutter ExperienceExperience with seamless gutter installation is a plus — Dallas will train the right person.
Comfort with HeightsWorking from ladders and scaffolding around the full roofline of a home.
