** ROLE

SUMMARY:

** The Temporary Instructor to assist with Training Lab development and training efforts with strong focus on Inline Instrumentation and PLC Capabilities.  
*
* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Primary Role - train/instruct other current technicians in the Brewing Process, PLC Standards, and other production solutions.
* Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment
* Participate in new training curriculums development to meet the training demands as required
* Provide backup training support for other training sessions when necessary  
** JOB QUIALIFICATIONS:
*** High School Diploma or GED required
* PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise required
* 10+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two year technical degree preferred
* Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time
* Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
* Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements
* Chance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners
