Our Maintenance Philosophy
At Wyandot, we believe if you fix it right, you only fix it once.
We expect our maintenance team to look beyond the immediate repair, understand why a failure occurred, and make the right repair or improvement so we don't continue fixing the same problem. We value quality workmanship, root-cause thinking, and permanent solutions over quick fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on your assigned shift.
- Set clear expectations for safety, quality, workmanship, communication, and accountability.
- Establish maintenance priorities based on safety, production needs, equipment condition, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
