** Summary of Position:
** The LPI Power Generation Maintenance Crew Leader (LPIPGMCL) is responsible for all daily maintenance activities related to assigned crew, and equipment for the Power Generation Site. Responsible for crew safety and site cleanliness. Must communicate with LPI Power Generation Maintenance Service Lead (LPIPGMSL) daily with crew maintenance needs, field issues/concerns and scheduling. The LPIPGMCL is responsible for performing initial checks on equipment activity and faults, including all open work orders or projects/campaigns.

The LPIPGMCL is required to provide clear communication with the technicians and LPIPGMSL regarding changes to maintenance plans and equipment readiness. The LPIPGMCL is responsible for adhering to the maintenance schedule with direction from the LPIPGMSL and organizing resources including employee, equipment, and tool needs. The LPIPGMCL is to review and perform QC on completed units, ensure work order compliance, and verify that a unit has no open work orders before being returned to service.

Communicate any operational changes or issues to LPIPGMSL. The LPIPGMCL must ensure the full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of the maintenance plan and drive the maintenance groups to their associated metrics of on time delivery, high quality, and budgeted cost.

* Qualifications & Requirements:

*** Experience maintaining and managing on-time delivery of equipment maintenance schedule.
* Experience in managing skill levels to meet on-time delivery schedules.
* Management experience of multilevel groups greater than six.
* Gas Engine, Generator, Power Distribution equipment, mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* 0-2 years of experience in Maintenance Leadership.

* 2-5 years of experience in Maintenance Leadership.
* Performs tasks with limited supervision and some direction.
* Provides supervision and direction for Staff  Maintenance Crew Leader III
* 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Leadership.
* Performs tasks without direct supervision.
* Provides supervision and direction for Staff at times.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Performs work tasks in a safe manner.
* Ensures LOTO enforcement, permit compliance, incident reporting/investigation, and crew safety training/certifications.
* Performs asset check-in processes on units to include LMI, diagnostic/troubleshooting, parts request for parts, and reviews open work orders/projects.
* Works with Parts/Warehouse for timely parts fulfillment.
* Communicates shared/3rd party resource needs with LPIPGMSL.
* Maintains and meets pre-planned maintenance schedules that have been set.
* Ensures PM compliance and CMMS utilization, including onsite parts management.
* Updates LPIPGMSL on changes to maintenance schedule as work is completed ahead or behind objectives.
* Reviews maintenance related NPT and communicates solutions with both maintenance and operational teams.
* Performs QC and verification of completed units on time.
* Aids with training to assigned team members.
* Stays updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
* Understands equipment upgrades or project needs and organizes team to complete projects as assigned by LPIPGMSL.
* Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and facilitates improvement plans including Root Cause Failure Analysis from failures.
* Implements and complies with maintenance programs through maintenance software and equipment analytics.
* Improves the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance processes.
