* ** Leadership & Team Supervision
*** Supervise evening and night shift Engineering team members.
* Serve as the primary contact for Engineering operations during the evening.
* Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
* Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and service excellence.
* Delegate appropriate responsibilities to encourage employee growth and accountability.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Support management and co-workers to maintain a positive work environment.
** Engineering Operations & Maintenance
*** Oversee evening operations and ensure continuity of services.
* Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Respond to and coordinate evening service requests.
* Support evening maintenance projects and operational initiatives.
* Monitor work order completion and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
* Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems.
* Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
* Troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
* Support the maintenance, repair, and operation of Club facilities and equipment.
** Safety & Emergency Response
*** Lead emergency response efforts during the evening shift.
* Maintain emergency response readiness and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
* Make sound decisions during emergency situations.
* Monitor building systems and life safety equipment to help ensure a safe environment for members, guests, and employees.
* Promote a culture of safety and ensure operational concerns are addressed promptly.
** Communication & Coordination
*** Coordinate communication between shifts to ensure seamless operations.
* Communicate important operational updates, outstanding work orders, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members and management.
* Provide clear direction and support to evening Engineering team members.
* Communicate effectively with other departments to address facility needs and service requests.
* Maintain a commitment to providing exceptional service to members, guests, and employees.
** Training & Continuous Improvement
*** Support the development of Engineering team members through training, coaching, and delegation.
* Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, maintenance practices, and work order efficiency.
