** Maintenance Helper**, you will provide essential support to the maintenance team by assisting with repairs, routine maintenance, and general upkeep of the plant’s equipment and facilities.

* ** Assist in Equipment Maintenance:
** Support repairs and upkeep of plant machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
* ** Keep Things Running:
** Perform preventive maintenance tasks like lubricating parts, replacing filters, and checking equipment for wear.
* ** Facility Upkeep**:
Help maintain the plant and grounds by cleaning, painting, and handling general maintenance tasks.
* ** Support the Team:
** Organize tools and materials, assist in equipment repairs, and work closely with senior technicians.
* ** Inventory Help**:
Track and organize maintenance supplies to ensure everything is readily available.
* ** Safety First!
- ** You'll follow all company safety protocols, including LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performance environment.
