Position OverviewThe Landscape Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and HOA clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and driving revenue growth through upselling. This role utilizes Aspire software for all contract management, enhancement proposals, and reporting. The Account Manager is expected to maintain a 90% client retention rate while achieving upsells of 60% or more of their book value.
Additionally, they oversee snow contracts for their assigned clients.
- Manage a portfolio of $1.2M–$1.5M in cyclical landscape maintenance contacts.
- Maintain a 90% client retention rate by ensuring excellent service and proactive communication.
- Use Aspire to manage and track all client contracts, enhancements, and renewals.
- Conduct monthly site audits to assess quality, identify issues, and proactively address client concerns.
- Achieve a minimum of 60% in upsell revenue relative to the existing book of business.
- Identify and propose enhancement projects for HOA and commercial clients using Aspire.
- Drive contract renewals for landscape maintenance and snow services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring responsiveness and proactive engagement.
- Provide clear and consistent client communication, delivering updates on work progress, proposals, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Maintenance Supervisor to ensure clients' needs are met through crew performance.
- Manage the snow portfolio for assigned clients, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently.
- Work closely with operations teams to schedule and oversee snow and ice control services.
- Address client concerns and ensure proper billing and documentation in Aspire.
- Regularly review gross margin performance to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Track and report on book of business, including upsells, renewals, and retention metrics.
- Maintain accurate and timely Aspire records for all client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
- Proven experience in commercial landscape account management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skill with a track record of upselling.
- Proficiency in Aspire software for contract management and proposals.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
