* Job Summary:
** The Director of Accessibility Resources provides leadership and operational oversight for the design, development, and implementation and delivery of accessibility and disability-related services, programs, and training for Bucknell students, faculty, and staff. This is a mission-critical role that ensures students of all abilities have the resources, access and advocacy needed to thrive academically and personally. The Director will oversee all aspects of the accommodation process, from intake through appeals, ensuring a fair and efficient process.
The Director will coordinate and maintain a caseload, as it relates to documentation review, determination of reasonable accommodation in alignment with best practice and legal requirements. The Director will develop collaborative and effective relationships with faculty and campus colleagues to coordinate effective delivery of approved accommodations and student support; lead data collection; monitor all federal and state disability law in collaboration with campus partners and review and update policy and practice to maintain compliance and support student access.
The Director will serve as a liaison, advocate and resource for students.

* What You Will Do:
**
* ** Supervision, Leadership & Management:
** Provides support, leadership and management for the Office of Accessibility Resources including the Testing Center & Executive Functioning(EF) Program. Responsible for personnel management, budgeting, operation, technology, and ensuring institutional compliance and student success.
* ** Case Management:
** Oversees the student accommodation process, and maintains a case load, utilizing a case management system, including requests, documentation, deadlines and outcomes. Partners with Dining and Housing Services to coordinate and implement student accommodations. Establishes and maintains escalation protocols to ensure the timely resolution of urgent and high priority requests. Manages and responds to complaints and accommodation appeals as appropriate.
* ** Data Collection & Management:
** Collects and manages data on the provision of services by developing dashboards, clear performance metrics, assesses program goals and outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate the acquisition and installation of hardware and software to best support accommodations.
* ** Training & Professional Development:
** Designs, develops, and implements ADA/504 programs and training for faculty and staff; lead comprehensive professional development initiatives for office and divisional staff, focusing on emerging disability trends, the provision of reasonable accommodations, and adaptive technology: Partners with the Teaching and Learning Center to embed inclusive pedagogy in faculty development programs.
* ** Policy & Legal:
** Develops, reviews and revises written policy, guidelines, and procedures for determining reasonable accommodations. Maintains knowledge of current laws, mandates, and trends in accessibility/disability services in higher education; ensures all digital platforms meet WCAG 2.1 standards and conducts annual accessibility audits.
* ** Outreach & Communication:
** Develops and implements a communication plan to raise visibility of, and services provided by the Office of Accessibility Resources; hosts annual Disability Awareness Week in collaboration with students, student organizations; represents the office at campus events and participates on campus committees, engages in collaborative programming with other members of Student Affairs and/or University community. Conducts periodic surveys and focus groups to capture feedback on accessibility services.
Develops key partnerships with campus partners; and collaborates with facilities to conduct a physical-accessibility audit.

*** Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
* Four (4) or more years of experience.##

*** Doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
* Six (6) or more years of experience.
* Experience designing, implementing, administering and assessing programs for students and people with disabilities.
* Experience providing advocacy and support to students.
* Experience supervising, leading and managing staff.
