Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Plumbing & HVAC) to lead and oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
$105,000 – $130,000 annually
, depending on experience

- Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams
- Manage projects from planning through completion
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timelines, and performance standards
- Provide monthly financial reporting and projections
- Coordinate with general contractors and manage project schedules
- Implement 30-, 90-, and 120-day labor look-ahead plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing construction
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and budgets
- Proven experience working with multiple levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Experience with project scheduling software
- Background in monthly financial forecasting
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members
- OSHA 30 certification
