This role sits at the heart of the business — partnering directly with operations to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making at the facility level.

• Accounting Manager open at a manufacturing plant — ideal for someone with plant/cost accounting experience ready to step into a leadership role.
• Manages plant accounting staff and owns the full close cycle — JEs, BSRs, production reports, KPI reporting, and management reporting
• Business partner to Operations leadership and Plant Management; leads budget variance analysis, forecasting, and financial projections
• Oversees standard costing for existing and new product codes; supports FP&A on new product cost requests and customer‑driven changes
• Handles internal controls, capital project audits, physical inventory counts, fixed asset verification, and balance sheet reviews
