Safety Manager duties:

Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures:
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive safety program that aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements. This includes developing safety guidelines, protocols, and training programs.

Conducting risk assessments:
You will assess workplace environments and identify potential hazards or risks. This may involve inspecting equipment, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Managing safety training and education:
You will coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes conducting safety orientations, providing ongoing training, and promoting a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Investigating incidents and accidents:
In the event of workplace accidents or incidents, you will lead investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
