Branch Manager

Position Overview

Lead all aspects of branch performance and create a differentiated customer experience at PNC’s Retail Banking organization. Branch Manager will be based at 198 Fries Mill Rd, Turnersville, NJ 08012.

• Lead branch performance: revenue, customer loyalty, risk management and compliance.
• Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets by growing branch revenue and deepening customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience by coaching the team to engage in technology‑enabled interactions and solve problems efficiently.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching and performance management to ensure a high‑performing team.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or related product knowledge. A comparable combination of education, certification and experience may be considered.

Base Salary: $40,700.00 – $. Salaries may vary by location, market data and individual performance. Incentive compensation is available.
