Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-10 Taco Bell restaurants to support RGMs and AGMs;
Develop and coach RGMs on performance targets in guest service, margin, and employee satisfaction;
Ensure food safety, product and facility standards across the area;
Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs and manage budgets to meet facility needs;
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate managerial employees and build a strong management bench
