Refuge for Women is seeking a Program Director to oversee the Reintegration program and the 24-unit apartment complex. The role coordinates with the Executive Director and Property Manager/Intake Director to provide a stable, growth-oriented environment aligned with the organization's mission and values.
The PD leads the Reintegration Care Team, works one-on-one with residents to support independence, and ensures goals for residents and the team are met with the support of a Care Team.
