Assist the Restaurant General Manager in training, coaching, and recognizing A+ talent to build high-performing employees.;
Ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation while running shifts.;
Work a schedule to cover all day parts (opening, lunch, dinner, overnight, weekends).;
Monitor metrics and inventory management to support profitability and efficiency.;
Support compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements and assist in implementing marketing initiatives.
