Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when Store Manager is absent;
Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting with regular follow-up;
Administer progressive discipline as needed in the absence of the Store Manager;
Create a respectful and inclusive team environment while adhering to brand standards;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience efforts to meet KPIs and sales targets and resolve customer feedback in the moment
