Sales Development Representative Remote Team Leader
Hybrid Location:
- Must be located in Columbus, Ohioor surround areasand able to work in our Worthington, Office 3 days per week.

Sales Development Representative Remote Team Leaderto train, lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing remote team of sales development representatives (SDRs). This individual will ensure daily “top of funnel” targets are met or exceeded, continuouslyoptimizecall center operations, and foster a high-energy, motivated environment that delivers world-class customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10-15 SDRs to meet performance goals and KPIs.
Conduct daily team briefings, motivational huddles, and one-on-one performance reviews.
Create a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.
Performance Management
Monitor real-time call activity and campaign progress using Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and dialer tools.
Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and implement strategies tooptimizeresults.
Manage scheduling, call routing, and workload balancing for maximum efficiency.
Training & Development
Enhance and implement “best in class” onboarding training and continuous skill development programs.
Develop SDR resources/tools (e.g., call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and compliance guidelines) todisseminatebest practices and promote regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and coach team members to elevate performance.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, trends, and forecasts.
Use data toidentifyhigh and low performers and implement individualized action plans.
Team Building
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team for recruiting,interviewingandretainingtop talent
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing aremotehigh performing Sales Development Representatives, Outbound Call Associates, or related.
Experience leading/executing B2B sales, lead generation, or customer retention campaigns is highly desired.
Proven track recordof meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
Energetic and passionate about driving results and developing people.
Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, dialers, call analytics, and marketing best practices.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,metrics-driven environment.
| Compensation
- 1st Year OTE: $90,000 with a base salary of $55,000
