What You’ll Do

This is not a back-seat Program Manager role. As a Senior Program Manager
, you’ll lead high-complexity, high-visibility software implementations for our largest and most strategic clients — including tier-one banks and major financial institutions
. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent programs, be the trusted escalation point for executive stakeholders, and formally mentor Project Managers and Consultants across our Global Applied Intelligence team.

You’ll also help shape how we deliver — scoping new project phases, sharpening our delivery methodology, and leaving every engagement (and every teammate) better than you found them.
