We are looking for a Director of Community Resources to lead innovative programs, special projects, and strategic initiatives that help our organization grow and better serve our community. In this role, you'll work alongside leaders across the organization to transform ideas into action, improve operations, and launch new initiatives that make a lasting difference.
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives ensuring they are effectively managed and positioned for success.
- Lead special projects, pilot programs, and new initiatives that support the organization's goals.
- Help decide which projects should move forward, grow, change, or end based on organizational needs.
- Track progress using reports, metrics, and dashboards, and share updates with leadership.
- Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or operations leadership.
- Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
