Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Area Manager to lead the operations and compliance of multiple stores within your region. You will empower store managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales growth, and manage P&L with a strategic and hands-on leadership approach.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of multi-unit retail leadership, strong P&L oversight, and a track record of developing teammates. Travel within the assigned area is required, and a BS/BA is preferred.
