Position Summary
Thomas More University seeks an innovative and collaborative University Registrar to lead the transformation of academic records, systems, and services in support of student success. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness, the University Registrar will serve as a data steward and leader to advance technology-enabled solutions, strengthen academic operations, and improve the student experience from enrollment through graduation.

Job-Related Activities
- Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with academic policies, FERPA, and University standards while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of academic records
- Provide leadership for academic catalog and curriculum implementation, ensuring curricular changes are reflected accurately in systems, student-facing resources, and documentation
- Administer academic records and registration services, including course scheduling, registration, grading, transcript production, athletic eligibility, and graduation audits
- Build collaborative partnerships with Academic Affairs, Admissions, faculty, advisors, and other campus departments to support student success, academic planning, and institutional effectiveness
- Lead, develop, and mentor Registrar staff by coordinating and evaluating activities, identifying areas of improvement, and maximizing performance and contribution
- Represent the University on various committees, contributing expertise to academic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement
- Lead the digital transformation of registrar operations, emphasizing a student-first mindset, and leverage technology to reduce friction, improve transparency, and create seamless user experience
