LINQ is seeking a Director of Product Management to own strategy for the State product line and lead a team of Product Managers. This high-growth, high-visibility role shifts from services-led to product-led, building agile rhythms and developing strong PMs.
You will navigate ambiguity, make prioritization calls, and report to the VP of Product. You will shape strategy across product boundaries, drive revenue and retention outcomes, and partner with finance on forecasting.
