The Metro Director serves as the senior ministry leader responsible for strengthening, sustaining, and expanding Majesty Outdoors ministries across an assigned metropolitan area. This role provides spiritual leadership, strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to Area Directors while ensuring alignment with Majesty Outdoors' mission, vision, values, leadership standards, and ministry philosophy.
The Metro Director develops and supports Area Directors by strengthening leadership pipelines, cultivating healthy ministry culture, advancing church and community partnerships, expanding fundraising efforts, and ensuring organizational health across multiple ministry environments and geographic areas.
Rather than managing individual ministry environments, the Metro Director develops Area Directors who develop Program Coordinators and ministry leaders (Champions and Co-Champions), creating healthy leadership structures that strengthen communities, expand ministry impact, and advance Majesty Outdoors' mission of building a generation of hope by shattering the cycle of fatherlessness.
