  • Partner with the Learning & Evaluation team to identify systemic performance gaps and direct organization-wide improvement strategies.
Budget & Financial Ownership
  • Own the full program and site operations budgets end-to-end: annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reallocation decisions, in partnership with Finance.
  • Lead multi-year budget planning, rolling forecasts, and financial scenario modeling to ensure long-term sustainability of program and site investments.
  • Identify cost drivers, funding gaps, and revenue opportunities across program and site operations, and work with Finance and Development to close gaps and strengthen Juma's financial model.
  • Provide Finance and the Board with timely, synthesized performance data to inform re-forecasts, board reporting, and grant stewardship.
People Leadership

  • Guide leadership structure, talent strategy, and succession planning across program and enterprise operations, including approval of key leadership hires.
  • Build a cohesive, accountable senior leadership culture across program and enterprise functions, grounded in Juma's core values and commitment to racial equity.

  • Co-develop the programmatic narrative and impact evidence used in new market pitches, grant applications, corporate partnerships, and funder communications.
  • Partner with the Regional Director of Enterprise Operations to align program capacity, site readiness, and youth outcomes data with Juma's growth and expansion strategy, ensuring the youth experience is unified across the social enterprise and program.
