• Provides timely updates and report pertinent information to the CEO and Board of Directors upon request.
• Attends board, committee, and staff meetings as appropriate or directed, and submit periodic written reports outlining activities of departments.
• Ensures and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the assigned ICF(s).
• Develops, coordinates, and ensures compliance with all policies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of programs and staffing.
• Responsible for the agency’s position in securing and/or maintaining applicable criteria for licensing, regulations, and standards, as may be appropriate & desirable.
• Establishes and maintains professional contracts.
• Coordinates the planning and positioning of programs & resources.
• Coordinates analysis of Individuals supported, making, and implementing necessary changes to the appropriate levels of care.
• Ensures the coordination of departmental directors towards the facility’s objectives.
• Demonstrates knowledge of industry standards and trends.
• Maintains adequate staffing of qualified employees.
• Acts as the liaison between all employees and the corporation; and be generally responsible for the actions, conduct, and performance of such employees.
• Coordinates service relationships with Park Place and Sycamore Run departments.
• Coordinates staff between Park Place & Sycamore Run and Jericho Road, as needed.
• Works closely with the Administrator of Jericho Road to coordinate resources between the facilities as necessary and appropriate.
• Establishes operational budgets and maintains compliance.
• Ensures adequate census-prospects.
• Works closely with families, guardians. Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with the Individuals, visitors, families, peers, and other personnel.
• Advocates for the needs of individuals supported at facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Administration, Human Services, or a related field is required.
