The Enterprise Medical Director, Signature Services
- Oncology provides enterprise-wide clinical leadership for oncology services across Peace Health. In partnership with operational leaders, physician colleagues, executive leadership, and regional teams, the Enterprise Medical Director, Signature Services
- Oncology helps shape the future of cancer care by advancing clinical excellence, driving innovation, and supporting service line performance across the system.
The Enterprise Medical Director is responsible for providing clinical direction for oncology services across the continuum of care, guiding the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of programs that improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and promote high-value care. Working in a highly matrixed environment, this leader collaborates with community, regional, and system stakeholders to align clinical priorities, support a unified One Peace Health approach to oncology care, and ensure clinical strategies support the organization's broader operational, growth, and quality objectives.
This role partners closely with operational leadership across ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings to establish and achieve key clinical goals and performance targets for the oncology service line. The Enterprise Medical Director, Signature Services
- Oncology leads efforts to define and monitor clinical quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement while advancing evidence-based practices, care standardization, patient safety, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
The Enterprise Medical Director serves as a key physician champion for program development, clinical integration, physician engagement, and innovation. The position ensures that quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives consistently achieve established targets and supports the development of a scalable and sustainable oncology care model that meets the evolving needs of the communities served.
The role maintains accountability for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and accreditation standards within areas of responsibility and ensures continuous survey readiness across oncology services.
