, you will contribute to delivering integrated solutions, specialized expertise, and services that help organizations maximize the value of their capital investments while advancing sustainability in the built environment.
In the role of Manager, you will lead and develop teams, oversee client-facing work streams, and ensure high standards of delivery while building strong and lasting client relationships. The team combines expertise across engineering, construction, finance, project controls, and data analytics, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance capital project outcomes. You will also support organizations in analyzing, designing, and implementing business and technology solutions for large-scale projects and programs.
Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Apply innovative and practical approaches to resolve project challenges
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Finance, or Finance & Technology is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer in Training (EIT), AACEI, CMAA, or PMI are advantageous
- Proven experience delivering capital project solutions
- Strong track record of leading large teams in complex project environments
- Ability to effectively manage project tasks, resources, and timelines
- Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear and actionable insights
- Experience using technology and automation to improve work efficiency
- Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to generate insights
- Background in asset-intensive sectors
- Consistent delivery of high-quality outputs
