About

the Role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities for a portfolio of utility-scale solar plants. You’ll be responsible for performance optimization, safety compliance, vendor management, and reporting to senior leadership on plant KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple solar facilities
  • Monitor plant performance and develop strategies to maximize output
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Manage vendor contracts for maintenance, repairs, and spare parts
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management and investors
  • Lead a small team of technicians and coordinate with regional managers
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6+ years in power plant operations or renewable energy O&M
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and grid interconnection
  • Experience leading teams and managing external contractors
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools
