Team Leader, Management

The Team Leader role is designed for individuals ready to grow into leadership while gaining hands-on experience across every part of the business.

• This is a full-time, in-person position based in New York, with campaigns operating throughout Manhattan.
• You’ll lead by example in high-traffic environments, supporting the execution of live campaigns while developing and mentoring team members.
• This role combines hands-on performance with real-time leadership, giving you the opportunity to directly impact both individual and team success.

• Learn and apply customer acquisition and campaign strategies in live environments
• Lead from the front during face-to-face campaign execution
• Oversee daily event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Train and mentor new team members on communication, systems, and performance standards
• Support team development by building confidence, consistency, and results
• Track individual and team performance, contributing to growth strategies
• Maintain organized, high-energy, and professional campaign environments
• Ensure all interactions reflect the standards and mission of our partners
